You must always consult a qualified, licensed engineer (such as a Professional Engineer or equivalent) for all technical elements, load calculations, and safety-critical aspects of any lighting project.
Illumination Pros is not responsible or liable for any harms, damages, project delays, or financial losses caused by failing to consult with a qualified engineer, or by improperly relying on general information provided on this website without site-specific professional verification.
3. Software and Tools
Our photometric software and web-based tools are provided "as is". While we use industry-standard IES data formats, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any simulated lighting conditions, illuminance models, or compliance with ANSI/IES standards prior to installation.
4. Hardware Products
Wireless control hardware and other physical products sold or provided by Illumination Pros are subject to their respective warranties provided at the time of purchase. We are not liable for installation errors or misuse of our hardware products.
5. Consulting Services
Our flat-fee consulting services provide unbiased advice and bid analysis based on the information you provide us. We do not act as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for your project unless explicitly stated in a signed, separate engineering services agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website embeds tools and services provided by third parties, including a live chat widget powered by Zoho Sales IQ. Your use of such third-party features is governed by those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
