This website is operated by FusionTech Industries LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company, doing business as Illumination Pros ("Illumination Pros", "we", "our", or "us").   • Forms. When you submit a contact, consulting, product-inquiry, or distributor form, the information you enter (including any calculator inputs shown on that form) is sent to us by email through Web3Forms and, for distributor account requests, is also stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. Forms are protected by hCaptcha, which may collect Technical Data to distinguish people from automated traffic.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (such as providing software access or consulting services).

  • Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may collect and process your personal data independently under their own privacy policies:

  • Zoho SalesIQ (Live Chat). We use Zoho SalesIQ to provide a live chat widget on our website. When you interact with the chat widget, Zoho may collect your name, email address, chat transcripts, IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and time spent on our site. Zoho uses cookies to identify returning visitors and maintain chat sessions. Data collected through Zoho SalesIQ is processed and stored by Zoho Corporation pursuant to their privacy policy, which you can review at zoho.com/privacy.html. By using the chat widget, you consent to this data being processed by Zoho.
  • Web3Forms (Form delivery). Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes the contents of the form and your IP address to deliver the message and filter spam. See web3forms.com/privacy.
  • hCaptcha (Spam protection). Our forms use hCaptcha to block automated submissions. hCaptcha may collect Technical Data and set cookies to perform this check. See hcaptcha.com/privacy.
  • Cloudflare (Hosting and storage). This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes Technical Data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site. Distributor account requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. In addition to any cookies we set directly, the following third-party cookies may be placed on your device:

  • Zoho SalesIQ cookies — used to maintain your live chat session, recognize you as a returning visitor, and analyze how you interact with the chat widget.
  • hCaptcha cookies — used only while a form is displayed, to verify that a submission comes from a person.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, disabling cookies may prevent some features of our website from functioning properly, including the live chat widget.
